The initial design will be wrong – that’s one of the assumption in Lean UX. The best thing to do is to find out what is wrong as quickly as possible. Test early and often, learn and improve design & development rapidly in order to minimize project risk. In this workshop we build a foundation that will make it easy for you to apply UX methods to your everyday work process. It’s not about creating humongous time consuming research processes. It’s about understanding why you should test and deciding how as well as what to test. We will work with different methods to understand user's needs, goals and tasks. Attendees get access to a framework that is easy and fun to implement into existing work processes and to teach to their teams.
